-7  Adopt habit of morning walk of 2 to 3 kilo meters daily .or you can do any physical activity e.g playing cricket or cycling in the evening .

-8   Avoid from watching Tv or read any book or magazine at the time of meals.

-9  Use 8 glass or 2 liters of water in a day add some lemon drops in water it helps to reduce

     body fats.

-10  Avoid from the food that causes weight gains e. g fried meat, fried fish, roasted chicken, simon fish , spicy meat, meat patties, potato, cream, ice-cream ,full cream milk ,tetra pack milk ,jelly ,jam ,candies ,cakes, nuts, almonds ,cream rolls, biscuits, nimkos .all these thing are not good for a over weighted person.
